When it comes to higher education in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Center’s 2018 report documented the contributions of Saudi universities to teaching, learning, and research, highlighting that Saudi universities can compete with international schools in teaching, learning, and research. Furthermore, the report confirmed that renowned and distinguished international teaching and learning initiatives could be applied and managed in local universities.

How can I record a virtual class?

You can record a virtual class by following  these steps:

Press the recording button located on left top of the classes system’s screen then press “Start Record” during the lecture and it will be recorded.

For training, you may visit the Training Platform (tp.ksu.edu.sa), “Using LMS for Distance Learning” training course, the third training session.

What is the process of developing my course to E-Course?

First, you need to Know how to Convert your Traditional educational content into electronic form Using one of Content Authoring Tools.

You may enroll in “Camtasia Studio 9” training course in the Training Platform (tp.ksu.edu.sa) for KSU Staff members. Plus you need to know how to use LMS for Distance Learning which is available as training course at the same previous platform.   

Why can’t students participate in virtual class?

You can send invitations to the student to receive it then he/she can access your virtual class. You can also create special classification in the virtual class that contains the new and registered virtual classes’ sessions which appears for student then he/she can access virtual class directly.
